Core Math Tutoring is a free peer-to-peer tutoring program founded by us, Danielle and Christina Okezie, two sisters in high school. We have been tutoring high school students since middle school and together, have accumulated over 2,000 community service hours. Why tutor math? Honestly, it is fun! We can help with prealgebra through differential and integral calculus. During the school year, we can often be found in the coaching center at the Bloomfield Township Public Library, or at Lahser High School's after-school tutoring program. Click to learn more about us.
Would you like to also become a tutor also? We will be holding a FREE 5-day seminar called Peer to Peer Tutoring this month. Its purpose is to train other students on how to become tutors. We have partnered with Stephanie Crider and the Bloomfield Hills Saturday Enrichment program to host this seminar. Go to events for more info.
